Shipping Options & Delivery Costs 
Shipping (postage and packaging) costs £3 and is added at chekout. Orders over £65 receive free shipping (postage and packaging). 

Order Processing Time 
Please allow up to 5 working days for orders to be processed. I am a one-person team and endeavour to get your order to you asap!

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes 
Please check your delivery address is correct, once I have begun processing your order, I may not be able to change it, once the label is printed and postage has been paid for. 

International Orders 
At the moment, I am unable to offer international postage. I am really sorry about this. It is something I hope to offer in the future!

Tracking Your Order 
In order to keep postage costs down, I may use a service which doesn't track the item. If I am able to use a tracked service, I will enter your email address when purchasing the postage so that you will receive order updates and have access to tracking.

I want you to be super happy with your order, please read my returns and refunds policy for more information. Please note, that a lot of my products are human made and may have imperfections, I'm really honest and open about this as human-made is really important to me!
